Red busys in London

Red bus is the most recognisable symbol of London. At the beginning of the 20th century the London General Omnibus Company painted all own buses red to stand out from the competition. When London Transport Company was formed in 1933, it extended red color to most (really not all) London buses. This decision became a tradition and remain with us today. Red buses and red telephone booths are very impressive color compositions for Londoners, tourists and photographers.
